Our Laguna Hills location sits inside a premium 24/7 strength facility at 23641 Ridge Rte Dr — meaning you get Arsenal Strength racks, Panatta plate-loaded machines, FreeMotion cables, dumbbells, a turf strip, and amenities like a dry sauna and red light therapy. Most of our Laguna Hills clients tell us they couldn't replicate this equipment at home OR find it at a regular gym at this price point.

Who trains here, hour by hour.

The morning regulars are a mix — Aliso Viejo professionals before they hit the 73 toll road, Mission Viejo retirees who've been with us 2+ years, and a few Nellie Gail Ranch parents on the way back from a school drop-off. Around 10 AM you'll see the corrective-exercise clients: post-op shoulder, ACL recovery, hip replacements. We have coaches who specialize in working with clients after major surgeries, around chronic pain, or recovering from a fall. South OC has an older client base on average, and we built the studio for that.

By 4:30 PM the after-school and after-work crowds overlap. Aliso Viejo families after school pickup. Lake Forest engineers who don't want to drive to Irvine. A few couples training together — that's a Laguna Hills signature; we have more couples here than at either other studio. The room can run at full capacity through 8 PM most weekdays.
